The welcome of the Organizing Committee

The Torino Meeting, organized by CUS Torino since 1970, is now widely recognized by the public as the Memorial Nebiolo. Infact, in the last 13 years, the Meeting has been held to honour the memory of Primo, who, by unanimous opinion, relaunched athletics undertaking bold, clever and productive actions in favor of the "queen" of sports and university sports at all levels.

2011 was the year of the celebration of the 150 anniversary of the Unification of Italy, and the Primo Nebiolo Memorial, which has always been one of the major sports events held in Torino, saw the participation of the greatest stars of international athletics. We hope that the 2012 edition will prove to be once again an international showcase for many great athletes, since we are working to obtain this goal with great enthusiasm and passion!

We are striving to organize a great Meeting, hoping that the public will confirm its enthusiasm and once again be present and numerous in the stands to incite all those athletes who will honor, with their presence and efforts, the name of Primo Nebiolo.
